- ➤ Blinn College women’s basketball team secured a 72-45 win over Temple College on Saturday in Temple as they enter the holiday break with a 9-6 record. They will face a rematch against Temple on Saturday, Jan. 3 at the Kruse Center in Brenham. Killeen Daily Herald
- ➤ Burton Panthers lost 42-37 to Snook on Saturday in the Bluejay Tournament championship game, which snapped their four-game win streak. The team will host Giddings Lonestar at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at its home court. Killeen Daily Herald
