- ➤ Temple High School Theatre Arts students qualified for a national competition after receiving superior ratings at a state contest + officials say the two dozen students will soon prepare to represent their school on the national stage. Killeen Daily Herald

- ➤ The City of Temple set new guidelines for warming shelters and stations to open when temperatures reach 32°F in dry conditions or 36°F in wet conditions. The facility at 419 W. Avenue G & other sites like Feed My Sheep and the Temple Public Library will offer warmth from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. when activated. KXXV
