- ➤ 6 News launched a contest — viewers can submit holiday photos from Dec. 1 to Dec. 5 for a chance to win a family four-pack of tickets to Santa's Wonderland in College Station, with five winners chosen between Dec. 2 and Dec. 8 and tickets valid until Jan. 4. This contest will offer families an opportunity to enjoy the park's holiday attractions when it is open through Jan. 4. KCEN-TV

- ➤ Bell County 911 Communications Center is partnering with local medical officials to launch a new system that will let non-emergency patients get care faster — a plan that is expected to save thousands in medical expenses.
