Good morning, Temple.

Central Texas Christian School 7th graders volunteered at Feed My Sheep— a local ministry that feeds families— and learned community service lessons from their teacher during the government shutdown.

Temple will open a new holiday ice rink downtown for Christmas celebrations, and community members will soon have a festive place to skate.

Officials say the rink will add cheer to the season—helping locals embrace the holiday spirit.
