- ➤ Glory Fest—sponsored by United in Jesus ministry—closed out its two-day services on Sunday at the MLK Festival Grounds in downtown Temple, uniting church members in a celebration of faith. Killeen Daily Herald
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Temple ISD officials said the board proposed a $122.45 million bond package in early August—one that excludes nonessential 'fluffy' items. Residents will soon vote on the bond to help fund school improvements. Temple Daily Telegram
