  • Temple ISD Superintendent Dr. Bobby Ott has been named the 2025 Key Communicator Award winner by TSPRA — he will be honored at txEDCON in Houston on Sept. 13 and at the TSPRA Annual Conference in Galveston on Feb. 18, 2026.  KXXV
