- ➤ AAA reports that the average price of regular unleaded gas in the Killeen area decreased since last week — drivers could see reduced fuel costs at stations nearby. Killeen Daily Herald
- ➤ Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock said that Texas cities, counties, transit systems — and special-purpose taxing districts will receive $1.3 billion in sales tax allocations in August. The funds will help support local projects across the region. Temple Daily Telegram
