- ➤ Governor Greg Abbott announced that MGC Pure Chemicals America will receive $5.3 million from the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund to expand its Killeen facility—adding about 130,000 square feet of production space and expected to bring over $150 million in capital investment. This project aims to strengthen the U.S. semiconductor supply chain while growing Central Texas as a chip manufacturing hub. KXXV
