ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A man died after being rescued from Lake Belton on Sunday afternoon at Roger’s Park near Morgan’s Point Resort and a woman was taken to the hospital when emergency responders from several agencies arrived as officials investigate the incident and have not released the victims’ identities pending family notification. CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Bold Republic Brewing Company in Temple — with Barrow Brewing Company in Salado and Bird Brewing — hosts live music events that let local musicians perform for local fans. The breweries mix craft beer with live bands to add a fresh twist to their offerings. Killeen Daily Herald

- ➤ Temple Police responded to a power outage on Sunday that disabled traffic lights from First and Avenue H to 31st and Avenue H — crews restored power by 1:28 p.m. and stop signs were placed at all affected intersections. KCEN-TV
