Good morning, Temple.

Tuesday night, heavy rains hit Temple and damaged weather equipment, caused power outages, and led to minor accidents in the area.

Temple High School seniors will wear a red cord at graduation this year to mark their readiness for college, career, or military service.

The cord (a symbol of achievement) reflects the campus' long effort to prepare every student for future success.

Local law enforcement officers held a service today to honor colleagues who fell in the line of duty and dedicated the event to remembering the bravery and sacrifice of the officers who served the community.

KDH interviewed Shoemaker’s state champion 4x200 relay team and their coach as they discussed their championship win, hard training, and future goals.
