- ➤ Central Texas residents gathered to honor Killeen Fire Captain Marvin Taylor III, who died in a car accident on Mother's Day just hours after his fifth child's birth. Funeral services took place at Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove, and a procession led by fire department vehicles traveled nearly 70 miles through Killeen to Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Georgetown.
